Cruise & Stay - Is free dining offered in packages?

Hello - looking at booking a big trip for late Aug/early Sept 2021.
We have never cruised before and are looking at driving down to Coco beach for a couple of days, then jumping on a 4-night cruise from Port Canaveral before heading to WDW for 10 nights.

Currently we are trying to 'roughly' price things up as dates haven't been released yet.

We were wondering, if free dining is released for next year - do the 'Cruise & Stay' packages ever offer this too? Or would it be best going DIY and booking everything seperately.

We are also considering renting DVC and paying for Dining Plan if it's not released. Our last few trips have become so expensive and we realise it's because food isn't getting cheaper! Free dining seems very good value for us!

When I checked the only cruise & stay packages being offered were for an equal 7 day split and you had to call too book. I didn't see free dining mentioned.

I booked them both separately myself, free dining in April when it came out and cruise about a month later on opening day.
