Cant link tickets to disney experience account?

Can anyone help...

I have downloaded the Disney experience app, added all members of my group and I am trying to link all our tickets but it wont let me. I have also tried to link the tickets on the website but it wont allow it. On the app it says "Disney app unable to link will call tickets orders"

Never used this before so don't know what I am doing!

Any ideas?

Try phoning their technical support freephone number they should be able to help you, or put you through to someone who can.

This happened to me- use the web version on a computer if you are getting the will call on the App. It’s a bug with tickets bought from third party vendors.
Next, if it won’t link on the web version to some individuals it may be because the names are not the same or something, you may have to call for that.
