Day 3- Saturday 25/8
We started with a quick breakfast in the room and grabbed a starbucks on the way to the boat. Hubby and i shared a large sweetened cold brew and kids had a Caramel Frappuccino ($13 ish) Starbucks joins the ice cream shop so i took some photo( as had forgotten to the other day) We then headed to island of Adventure. It was so hot this morning. We reactivated our mug ($8.50 ish) and also stopped at Three Broomsticks. We bought a adult universal meal deal card $25.55. This gives you a qs main, drink and snack credit to spend. We used the qs main credit to buy a pancake meal and this included a drink( kids had butter bear) , Coffee and complimentary water. I thought it was really good deal After more spells and ride we had lunch at Mythos. This was lovely I had Pad thai, hubby had grilled chesse with tomato soup and kids had burger/ pizza. We all stuck to water which really helps to keep cost down. This only cost $5 more than yesterday lunch which for its location feels great value. Cost $55 without tip |

We went to Blue Men group that evening which we all enjoyed.
Hubby and i had a Cocktail each on the way in. They were huge, super strong and expensive $33 🤪 Long island ice tea for me and trooical breeze for hubby We pop into Universal Studio after Blue Men and then deliberate where to have dinner. City Walk was packed and most places had a 30 plus minute wait. We ended up going back to Sals and having pizza in the room! $40.70 for 2 large pizza and mozzarella sticks. Pizza were good but no blaze! Apolgies for all the half eaten food pictures. I keep forgetting 😔 Total Spend for today$167, which includes Mythos Tip Edited at 07:31 PM. |

Day 4- Sunday the 26th
Same morning routine of breakfast in the room. We then went to Volcano Bay for early opening. We only stayed until 10am but its a great time of day to go and get the big rides done. We had left over pizza for lunch and then headed to Universal Studio. Again we reactivated our cup $8.50 We spent lots of time in the wet play areas as it was so hot. Our Son had a difficult incident in Curious George wet play area where he was using a water gun and a middle age man( who was also using a water gun) shouted at him for splashing his trainer and gave him the middle finger! Hubby was unimpressed to say the least and spoke to him but it wasnt nice. Not sure what he expected if he chose to play in a kids wet play area with kids splashing and squirting each other with water🤨😡 We then headed to Simpsons for a early dinner. This is basically a food court with different counter where you get the food and then pay. We had 3 meals but each from a different counter and then had to cue seperatly to get drinks. This took ages! Krusty Burger which son rated as best burger of holiday so far! Chicken thumbs ( nuggets) Coconut shrimp- was ok but a bit sweet for me. Drinks- son had a flaming mo, hubby had a duff, daughter had a milkshake Cost- $53.74 We also got a pink donut which we used a snack credit for. |

Enjoying your food plus a bit extra report. How dare that adult do that to a child. I'd have been tempted to snap that finger right off!
