iTunes - can’t download/purchase film

Anyone had any issues with iTunes? OH preordered the new Jumanji film. Had email to download it but when you go to watch it it’s not showing as purchased, but available to buy. No email received to say purchased. OH then cancelled the preorder but now it won’t be even let us buy the film.

Any ideas (it’s not showing as hidden)?

It might be that you need to go through the motions of the purchase again for it to click in and notice that you’ve already paid for it.

If not, and you have to pay again, message apple support but have the original purchase info to hand.

I’ve had to contact apple support in the past and found them to be very helpful.

Thanks for the reply We tried purchasing it again and it takes you to put in your password but once you have done that it takes you back to the original screen again and shows the film still available to purchase I think we have “purchased” about 6 downloads of it now Will try again today and contact Apple support if still not working.
