Different strokes for different folk eh Dis, our lad likes a shower as it provides him with an opportunity to do a stock check... and if necessary stock rotation.

I don’t understand why Mrs MH is possessive over the bath. I would assume you clean it thoroughly afterwards as you are clearly an exceptional husband to her. Perhaps she has some unresolved bath issues, but you and your undercarriage should not be the ones to suffer because of that.

As an aside, I have never known my DH to take a bath.

Maybe you could put it to Mrs MH as a case of conserving water. If you are - as you yourself suggest - the size of “fat basket”, very little water would be required to fill said bath with you in it.

Claudette, I always clean the bath out after I've used it, but Mrs MH usually complains that I haven't cleaned it properly

And you so proficient at cleaning windows too.
My husband would love just a walk in shower but knows I love a long soak too much to ever consider it.

A shower is handy but you cant beat a good soak in a hot bath - you cannot be denied access to a bath - its against your fundamental Human Rights.

Do you use a special solution for washing your under carriage like dettol and bleach? 🤢
