do I need to go to guest services and get one at each park ?

or do they issue one that covers both parks for our holiday duration

When we have obtained these in the past the pass covered both US and IOA, we haven't visited Volcano Bay yet so don't know about that.

I was looking for my daughter having used it before at Universal but I don't think you can get special assistance at Volcano Bay as its a virtual line system.
