The kids afternoon pool parties/games were very good our DD loved them. Lasted about 1 to 1 1/2 hours and all the family can join in.

This is a great thread, thank you. We are staying for two weeks at the end of a July in a studio apartment.

Questions: Will we get free coffee and shower gel in the studio room?

Washing machines - where is best for these and how much do they cost - tokens or change or what?

Towels were another issue you would be better leaving a note to ask for towels for 6. My DH was forever hunting them down to get a towel for our 5th person.
We used to take out car to HH and leave our refill mugs in car so that we could get of at Hospitality get a drink then drive back to villa. we were last stop before hospitality and pool had no refill station so was easier to do this.

Hi
A lot of the housekeepers don't Speak English as their first language
So notes don't work in our experience
Pick up the phone and speak to the housekeeper services
I always call up when we arrive for a stove kettle and lots of hangers
Throw towels in bath for clean ones
On our first day we buy shampoo shower gel etc so we are not messing about with small bottles
I also buy laundry soap and tumble dry sheets as I don't like tide
Buy an American hair dryer as the dryer is weak and situated in the shower room

Yes, Coffee, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and a packet of washing powder

near the small pools, they are free, 2 washing machines and 4 tumble dryers

OK so the two teenagers use Lynx Shower Gel - are they likely to use the free shower gel - what is it like please?

Also, I use Tresemme shampoo and conditioner - is the free stuff what people use or is it not very good value?
