Discovery cove direct refund

Anyone received a refund from Discovery cove? How long did it take? Its been over a month now for me. And bar claiming insurance for florida escapes, it's the last one to pay out.

Took 16 weeks to get mine!

17 weeks for me. Only came after the CC did a recharge. They cancelled in mid March and said I�d have the refund within 10 days. I should have contacted the CC sooner as as soon as I phoned they asked for their cancellation email And when they saw it put the money straight in. Waited an hour for them to answer the phone and 5 minutes to get my money. Discovery Cove then put my refund in as well!

At first is asked to change dates which happened very quickly, then we decided 2021 is not for us and I cancelled, refund in 5 weeks. I emailed each week stating that the funds were needed.
