Soccer Saturday - times are changing

I’ll miss these three chaps ... they made the show for me... I can’t understand why Sky Sports have sacked them.

So only Mers of the usual 4 left? Any reason given by Sky?

They “claim” it’s for financial reasons...

I can see the logic in it being for financial reasons, those 3 will likely demand a premium rate for their time. I suspect they will be replaced with rotation of random ex players for a lot les £££££... !
These 3 were superb though and will be missed.

The bbc could sign the lot to revamp their Saturday results show that is as dull as ditch water.

I was speaking to joe royal once about soccer Saturday when he was on it and he said the main remit was to make the show fun. I think sky have forgot that and when they replace them with competent presenters but with no chemistry the show will go down hill
