Stars Cate Blanchett (also one of the producers), Dominic West & Yvonne Strahovski (Serena in Handmaid’s Tale).
Based on true events & telling the tale of people working, involved or detained in an Australian immigration centre & their interaction.

An excellent watch; thought provoking & sad but with Aussie humour thrown in too.

Just finished watching it, I felt so sorry for the refugees and they leave for a better life and end up in a detention centre with no hope.

I found it tough to watch, but I wanted to keep going because it was so well done (and to find out how it ended, of course!

).

There are lots of good Aussie dramas.
