You can either carry-over your tickets to next year, or request a refund.

Yep, I've tweeted Attraction Tickets to make sure I can carry over our FF+ tickets. Also, a bit of a relief for me too tbh as now that's it - October is being moved to next year, decision made easy.

I know we don't know if we'll be able to travel internationally yet, but does anyone think full-scale HHN will be back this year? I'm thinking positively and hoping for something big as the 30th anniversary was mostly missed in 2020.

When does Universal usually release the dates and tickets etc. I had March in mind, but could be wrong...?

I believe they will.

Commercially they won’t want to miss out on a second year.

And judging by how the Orlando parks have somehow managed to not only remain open since the summer but add more attendance and open more hotels, all while the pandemic is actually worse/worsening since they initially locked down - coupled with vaccines - they’ll make the decision to open.

It may not be as big but I would be massively surprised if they cancelled it.

March is when they usually announce at least one house and the dates. They keep back their biggest house (last year it was to be Beetlejuice) until June/July time in a bid to convince those who had not yet booked to do so

They will definitely be back in some capacity this year, as i dont think they can afford another year. But it will just be for Americans.

Why?

A few weeks ago i thought things would be back to normal or near normal by October.

Not any more-given the epic balls up the EU has made of its vaccinations, and the emergence of new strains, the virus will still be widely circulating around Europe in October.

Also, with countries introducing compulsory hotel quarantine upon return, and the absolutely rampant virus in the US own neighbourhood (Brazil especially) neither the US will have confidence to open its borders to mass overseas tourism for much of the year, nor will tourists be willing to travel even if they can-from the UK perspective alone, if a holiday means 14 days of hotel quarantine upon return, at your own expense, for 99% of people, the holiday isnt happening, and thats just the UK.

So yes, the Horror Nights will happen. But almost no one but Americans will be going.

Unless it is an enforced hotel quarantine then people will absolutely travel and take the risk of “pretending” to self isolate.

I agree that the Americans will be all over HHN and the parks this summer. Blizzard Beach reopens next month...a water park in the middle of a pandemic... so yeah I’m totally under the belief HHN will happen, it all depends if Brits can make it there

Anyone else eagerly awaiting the next house reveal and ticket release?! It all seems so slow this year! Understandable though. Confident we will get to go

We won't be going this year due to continuing impact of COVID at work 😷😷 (but hoping for a miracle &#128420

Great to see interviews for Scareactors happening which means all decisions have been made - will be following closely

Anyone have any news on when tickets might be released for this year’s event? I think it’s looking likely now they’re dropping some of the previous covid measures. Hope we manage to get the full experience like normal years!
