Had my refund today from May, correspondence was good explaining the delay. Had a mail on Thursday saying refund had been actioned but could take 10 days, but back in my account today. Great service as far as I am concerned, would certainly use again. 😁😁

I got my money back in my account today, they phoned earlier in the week to check my details as the original card expired. I had waited 14 weeks in total from them receiving my tickets. I emailed them a couple of times at the beginning, then on week 7 and week 14. Every time I contacted them I received a reply within 30 minutes.

We have finally received our refund today. We contacted them again a couple of weeks ago and they said they would mark it as urgent. So it took 15 weeks to be refunded, this is from Orlando Attractions, hopefully you've either got yours now or will have soon.

Refund today from Orlando Attraction Tickets. Less £10pp. 69 days although I chased the middle of last week and they confirmed it had been auctioned and would take 3-5 days to show on the credit card.
