Alamo problems

we have a problem with our Alamo booking via Virgin holidays.. I have rang Alamo on the number advertised on our booking if we need help 0116 2173830 but as this is a booking for Orlando they are telling me to ring USA 001 800 44 55 664, dont fancy ringing USA I booked in UK so why can it be sorted here? Anytong had this before? Thanks

Call Virgin since you booking via their website.
Never heard one had to call US for a booking you made in your own country
I can understand if you were already there and had a issue with the car itself but as you haven't...ringing Virgin makes more sense, to me atleast.
You could also ring Alamo again and see if you get another person and see if they know more about the problem.

thanks, after 35 min wait on hold, got through to virgin, they are looking into it and will contact alamo on my behalf, cheers
