Jiko is our top restaurant!
Also, Boathouse, California Grill and Citricos are all worth a look. |

California Grill would be high up my list, partly due to location.
Hollywood Brown Derby is lovely, especially the Fantasmic! dinner package. I love Le Cellier but remember when it wasn't 2 credits, so it feels a little "expensive" now. Not tried Tiffins, but would like to. No room for it for us this year. |

Have tried lots of signatures since 2004..Our must on every trip is Jiko..Other ones we enjoy are YS and Narcoosseess...Hit and miss ones have been AP and CG... Only disappointment was Le Cellier, just didn't live up to all the hype we read about...

Our favourite Signatures are currently; Le Cellier, California Grill and Narcoossee's (not in that order).
Previously, we've tried the Hollywood Brown Derby. It used to be a massive favourite but wasn't quite as good last time. Still going this next time though. This year we're trying; Jiko, The Boathouse, Flying Fish, Tiffins, Narcooossee's Waterfront Brunch and STK. We are on DxDDP. |

I loved the signatures last year. This year we are on dxddp and are there for 3 weeks we are booked into all of them (greedy I know!) ... my faves were Cali grill, Jiko and Tiffins. Didn't rate the Boathouse and Yachtsman killed my steak but did bring me a new one... looking forward to trying Flying Fish and Paddlefish this year. Want to try V&A but small one still too young ... going to do a signature report this year with lots of photos

Another vote for the California Grill. The Boathouse was also excellent (not sure if it's a signature or not). I'd also love to try the Flying Fish as the menu looks amazing.
