The Dillards clearance store at Fashion Square Mall has all their ladies' boots at $20.

I really like Fashion Square Mall, I have bought many pairs of Reebok trainers at Dillards. You found a good buy there. We usually have a coffee at Paneras and than walk part of the Cady Way trail which starts there and then have lunch at the Sweet Tomatoes along nearby beautifully untouristy, the first one we ever went to.
