Quick question about meeting Merida: If we were to go straight to Fairytale Gardens, at rope drop, to meet Merida, in July, how long do you think we would need to allow? Thanks in advance

10 to 15 minutes to walk up Main Street then detour up right hand side of castle. Your main problem is going to be all the bodies watching the rope drop stage show at the castle so try to skirt around the right hand edge.

Thanks, Geoffa, any idea what the queue would be like at that time of day, in July. I know she doesn't start meeting until 9.15/30 so the idea was to go straight there to minimise the wait. I realise many others will have had the same idea! Do you think we would be done by 9.45/10am?

The queue can't form until the rope drop moment so the nearer you can get to the area the more chance you have of being in the line. I guess you could be in the first 30 or so.
