Disney Water Parks October 2017

Hi

The busy day guide has been updated for when we go in October. Both Blizzard Beach and Typhoon lagoon are up, which I wasn't expecting. In previous years one of them has been shut in October. Am I reading it correctly?

Blizzard Beach closes for refurbishment on the 29th of October

BB was supposed to be open when we were there last year but they closed it early at the last minute so we missed it. They did it the year before also. So go as soon as you can incase they do it again?

Yes, we always miss one of them by a few days but am hoping they don't close BB sooner than 29th as we're there from 25th Oct. DD's like BB but haven't experienced TL yet so I'm glad that's open this time round.

BB closure was brought forward to 15th October last year at the last minute so we were disappointed. Fingers crossed they don't make any last minute changes this year.
