We didn't realise that our DD would have to have a child's meal so tries to upgrade her for a adult and it was really expensive and theybto,d us it was because efree DDP had finished so Disney would upgrade

Worked for me but others not having same success as yet

Maybe the CEOs need to be emailed directly as opposed to copied in? I dont know, but can't understand why some are sorted and some are not

Hmmm, thanks. I've got a draft sitting in my emails ready to be sent tomorrow first thing to Thomas Cook as they have not responded whatsoever - I was going to 'cc' Mr Fankhauser but I think perhaps you're right and I should just add him to 'to'. Let's hope for a better week this week!

Doesn't seem like there has been much success over the weekend for anyone

When I sent my mail's I sent them to ceo's on the distrubution list , did not use cc or bcc.

Got minimal success but was more than i was getting just going down the phone call route and been fobbed off .

We've phone many times and been told someone will be in touch, we popped into store on Saturday, told us they are dealing with people in departure date order. I don't believe a word they are saying.
If you could pm me the number you called that would be great.
