Do you need to present a photo license as well as paper license

Just booked car hire for November with Alamo Brits. My dad is down as driver details, (we have apparently 3 additional drivers )who have both photo and paper license but my dad only still has the old style paper type. Does he need a photo one to be able to drive

Your Dad will be absolutely fine to hire a car and drive in Florida with just the old style paper license which is what we both use too. The only difference is that he must carry photo identification too when driving as he will need to produce this if he is stopped. Effectively, this means having his passport with him just in case.
