We usually hire the Fullsize SUV for 4 adults as we like alot of space ,there would be enough seats for your party but luggage space would be tight.

There are 6 of us on our trip in November so we have booked the Premium SUV but we are going on a road trip so want to be comfortable.

What car hire company has these , I was looking on Alamo Brits and it looked like the Fullsize SUV: Chevy Tahoe or similar was the biggest SUV they had. If I can get a larger one that would be great

There are photos in the thread below of a 2015 Tahoe which we had two weeks ago. Scroll down to the bottom of the page There is no way it would take 6 with luggage for 6 if you look at the photos.

HERE

We had a GMC Yukon this trip for 5 of us (4 adults, 1 8 yr old), and 7 (yes 7! ) suitcases.

It was fine for us, we didn't use the 3rd set of seats at all. If you wanted an extra body, you'd have to use the final row therefore cutting down on the luggage space (the 3rd row was a split rear seat) by half. It would be very tight imo.

If you could manage on the trip to/from the airport then it'd probably be fine during the stay, otherwise the bigger SUV or van would be better IMO.
