In the restaurant you have the same server, assistant server and head server each night and they all get a share. You can pay more or less as you think. With cruises however like in us these staff are on very low wages and average srrvice is $12 I tend to then give extra where it's deserved. Also bar staff get automatic gratuity but again I will give extra if they deserve it. It isn't really like Uk gratuity in the same way in my opinion but everyone will ha e their own
