Cruise 118

Hi

We are looking at changing (moving to next year) our Disney stay to a cruise in September. I like the look of RC Allure of the Seas 11th September Eastern Caribbean. We did look at the NCL Escape also but something about the RC keeps me wanting to book! The NCL is a fair bit cheaper and we could have a balcony cabin for less money than the RC inside!

Anyway, the cheapest quote I have is with a company called cruise 118, and it comes with free all inclusive drinks and $100. Has anyone used this company or should I avoid ?

Please tell me that RC is worth the extra £700 over NCL

Thank you

I've not done NCL but RCI three times and can't fault them. We've done the eastern and western Caribbean and are doing the western again this year on freedom. She's a beautiful ship!

Have you tried one of the USA travel agents? The cruises tend to be cheaper through them.

I have emailed Melissa from Toad for a quote, I don't know any other us travel agents! Would love some recommendations.

Sorry, I can't help although I'm sure there have been lots of threads on here about this. My memory isn't what it used to be and I'm "only" 42 .

Allure looks fantastic, did you look at freedom? She sails from port canaveral and may be cheaper as an older ship although still gorgeous!

We used affordable tours .com when we booked with a US company .. But due to the $$ .. This March cost us more than if we had paid in £ due to the $ dropping . So this year when we priced it up the UK was a better deal

We have booked a Southern Caribbean trip with them for 2017. Never used Cruise 118 although have heard of them. Good luck! X

We used Cruise 118 last year when we did the Italian Med on the Anthem of the Seas. I had no problem with them apart from $100 on board credit didn't appear but It was really easily sorted out.

I've used Cruise1st this time as they were able to offer a higher grade of balcony cabin for our back to back Western and Eastern Caribbean cruise on the Allure of the Seas starting on May 1st.

Happy to answer questions when I get back - but will probably post on here when I'm there!
