We got tickets the day before they went on sale for the opening ceremony, and the wheelchair basketball and rugby finals also the swimming and track and field finals, we'll hopefully get for the closing ceremony when we arrive to pick up our tickets. There are still lots of tickets left for everything and at $18 I think they are pretty good value.

I certainly will Ruth - but as I have very good Ozzie, New Zealand and US friends plus family in Canada I confidently expect to hear from them to support their teams too.

No matter what the real winners are the athletes of all the nations taking part and as spectators we benefit from their dedication.

(But UK will get my biggest cheer).
