I’m looking forward to trying the vegan hotdog at Casey’s and Satuli Canteen this time.

The only time I seem to struggle is at the water parks. Only seem to be cheese flatbreads at one location in each one.
The water parks are excellent. They have a full desperate vegetarian menu with plenty of choice. They have them at the tills.

I enjoyed the buffets. 1900, Crystal palace, Hollywood & Vine & Tusker house. Never went hungry. Also Teppan Edo.

Be our guest dinner & CRT were my least favourite.

There's wide choice pretty much everywhere nowadays. It's a stark contrast to 20 or so years ago where I basically lost my ≈≈≈≈ when I got fed up of the only options for me being a cheese pizza or a salad, with the occasional veggie burger option.

Our family favourites include:

TS: Boma, Sanaa, Teppan Edo, Beaches & Cream, Tusker House, Cali Grill, Crystal Palace, 50s Prime Time and Splittsville.
CS: Columbia Harbour House (the Lighthouse Sandwich returned!), Wolfgang Puck Express, Sunshine Seasons and Backlot Express.

I'm also forward to having my first Casey's Corner hot dog since I was a meat eater about 30 years ago!

My favourites (on-site) in no particular order were:

The Wave
Satuli Canteen
Teppan Edo
Trail’s End
Crystal Palace
Sunshine Seasons

The worst place I ate at was Cosmic Rays.

We always do a lot of Italian type places - Tony's, Via Napoli, Blaze, Wolfgang Puck Express, Mama Melrose.

Most Disney restaurants will try to do something custom if you can't see anything on the menu. I tend to look at the menu and work out if it would be an easy change. For example the anaconda pasta at Rainforest Cafe just has bits of chicken mixed in so can be done without.
Ok thank you, Via Napoli sounds good

I can’t wait to try the vegan hot dog at Caseys Corner in MK.
Have a look at the menus on here:
What sort of food do you like?
Burgers, pizza, salads, sandwiches, pasta?
😊
Any substantial and interesting meals rather than the same cheese pizza or veggie burger every day.
