Cheap/glitch California flights thread July/August 2019

I booked last night with sky scanner.
3 adults 1 child
Manchester- Vegas July 20th
Lax - Manchester Aug 11th
Virgin airlines £ 2760.

It appears the BA sale has come back on, was it just me or did it disappear for a while?
Prices are still extortionate though! It’s definitely cheaper midweek which actually suits us better. We can do any date in summer holidays but we have to be back for GCSE results on the 22nd August. At the moment Wed 24th July-14th Aug seems to be the cheapest date but still £840pp!
Maybe in the Xmas sale we will be lucky

Just got £700pp with Norwegian for August. About as low as gets for LA in the school hols so we're pleased with that.

Hotels seems to be soooo expensive!

Found on Skyscanner direct flight to SFO from LHR and in direct return via Frankfurt for 19th Aug-2nd Sept for £948 2 adults and 1 teen with hand luggage or £1098 with checked in luggage. Operated by United outbound and Lufthansa inbound.
