Mobile Planning / organisation ideas?

Hi,

I was just wondering what way people find easiest to keep all their plans together? Having ADRs, park plans, itinerary etc all in separate places is starting to confuse me. What have people found is good to keep all plans / ideas together?
Any ideas would be great 😊

I just keep everything together. I have a plan of what ADR's, FP's and park plans are per day. I've highlighted things in different colours so I know what they are. For example ADR's in blue fastpasses in red snacks in purple etc I'm going to print them off in a5, laminate them and take them to the parks with us each day x

I put everything onto a spreadsheet and had a hard copy plus a copy on my phone. Sometimes my husband asked is this a holiday or a military operation 😄

I have one spredsheet with several tabs. I also make a calendar sheet in there with a section for each day. When we go, I print all out incl booking confirmations etc and put in a small A5 binder with plastick pockets.

I keep everything in the same place, a single spreadsheet. I think the Dibb planning tool is pretty good too.

This is mine, although messy at moment until I make our ADRs on Friday, but similar to others - colour coded for parks, DS, resort etc.

Sorry - rubbish photo

ETA: DH also asks if it is a military expedition so I don't let him see it until we are on the plane now

The Dibb planner is great, you can add any info you want, and keep a copy of the day on your phone.

Or MDE has a planner too.

Justmagical, yours looks great and colourful! Colour coding always helps me 👍🏻 Could you possibly send me a close up photo or something so I can have a proper look?
