New year diet?

Managed to lose 6ib in the last 2 weeks and looking to lose another 6/8 lb before attending a wedding mid Feb. Birthday bash the week after so although going to try and be good I have a feeling that I will fail.
Another wedding in August and hope I have managed to lose 3st (fingers crossed) which will then be followed by 3 weeks at DVC BWV.
My target is the lose 4st by Disney hols and get back into holiday clothes which last saw the light of day about 10years ago (Very Retro)

Have also been trying to exercise but i’m so not fit I get exhausted doing the warm up exercises..🤪🤪🤪

Thank you! Starting to notice a difference in some clothes now too and I can wear a ring again that was previously a bit tight so definitely feeling good this week!

It’s such a good feeling when you start to notice it, makes it all worthwhile.

Weigh day for me. Dropped 1 1/4lb. Happy again with that.

Weigh day today and I’ve dropped 2.5lb this week. Really happy once again as it’s been a very good week for diet and exercise.

Sounds like everyone is doing really well. I’ve decided to weigh every 30 days as I find it so demotivating - hit day 30 on Tuesday, managed to drop a stone which I was pleased with but that would have been the initial water weight too. I’m really enjoying the plan so far, a lot more food than I was expecting on the Muscle Food Challenge. Need to up the exercise for the next 90 days though as have been quite slack on that!
