Best places to eat for a vegetarian?
Hi,
Are there any counter or table service restaurants that anyone would/wouldn’t recommend for a vegetarian. Thanks. |

Hey There!
A few I can think of off the top of my head are * Sanaa, Kidani Village * Wolfgang Puck Café, Disney Springs * Tusker House, Animal Kingdom * Cosmic Rays, Magic Kingdom has a nice veggie burger * Sunshine Seasons, The Land in Epcot. All of these are not strictly vegetarian, but they all offer a good selection of vegetarian options! I hope that helps a little

I’m veggie, there are sooo many good veggie meals at many of the restaurants in the parks & Disney Springs.
They’ve really upped their game recently and added lots of veggie dishes. I can’t wait to try the vegan hot dog at Caseys Corner in MK. Have a look at the menus on here: What sort of food do you like? Burgers, pizza, salads, sandwiches, pasta? 😊 |

Boma, Jiko and Sana’a all have many vegetarian options.
Trails End is also brilliant for vegetarians. |

I’m vegetarian and even though we stayed off site we did eat at some onsite restaurants. I found there was a veggie option at all the ones we visited.
Disney, these included; T Rex, Sanaa, SciFi Diner, Chef Mickeys, Be Our Guest, The French one in Epcot (can’t remember its name..🤦🏼 ), and the big counter service one in Epcot- Sunshine Seasons, I think that’s called. I do think things are significantly better for vegetarians than they were so you are unlikely to struggle. When we went in 2000, I survived on carrot cake and fries. Which in hindsight, probably weren’t even veggie!😬 |

I enjoyed Tusker House a lot, also liked Tokyo in Japan (Epcot) Friars Nook (Magic Kingdom) Pinocchio restaurant (Magic Kingdon)
I’m looking forward to trying the vegan hotdog at Casey’s and Satuli Canteen this time. The only time I seem to struggle is at the water parks. Only seem to be cheese flatbreads at one location in each one.

I really like the macaroni at Chefs de France.
We always do a lot of Italian type places - Tony's, Via Napoli, Blaze, Wolfgang Puck Express, Mama Melrose. Most Disney restaurants will try to do something custom if you can't see anything on the menu. I tend to look at the menu and work out if it would be an easy change. For example the anaconda pasta at Rainforest Cafe just has bits of chicken mixed in so can be done without. |
