Who else has braved it? I’m just back from a visit to our local primark & next and must say it was pants 😩 the queuing was fine but the clothes ranges were really disappointing! Primark had next to nothing decent I ended up with socks 😂 lots of sale tat in next! I just wanted a nice new outfit and some pjs 😏 feel really fed up now 😂

I went to the shops a few days ago because my brother has now confirmed that his wedding is going ahead, cue panic buying an outfit from me.

All I could see was a load of stock in most shops, totally understandable given the situation, but not helpful when I’m trying to find an outfit for the wedding. I’ve resorted to ordering online which I never usually do because I’m awkward dress and shoe size, just got to hope they fit.

I am going to go to Cheshire Oaks tomorrow. I need new gym stuff and trainers. I hate buying online as i like to see the sizes and quality in person. If its too mentally busy I will just drive home again.

not us. We're both key workers so we've both been worried sick about catching it at work so we've only ever been out for grocery shopping.
mentally its been really hard because it's like we are on lockdown whilst also at risk at work.

we do want to get out somehow this weekend but it'll only be to places where there is hardly anyone. crowds scare us! DW is REALLY missing retail therapy, our goto day out is york. can't see that happening for another few months because of the small shop sizes. may goto the metro centre in gateshead just to get out for a day somewhere.
