Poor Shop Disney packaging

A bit of a long shot here, but I wanted to see if anyone else has had the problem with Shop Disney parcels arriving open (either through the seal being unstuck or the whole parcel being squashed).

I have ordered from Shop Disney over the years and the last 3 parcels have been either squashed beyond belief, squashed and open, or torn open. I have not lost any items (and haven't refused the boxes) but have raised it with Shop Disney. I wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue with the boxes. They arrive by Hermes but the majority of items that I have delivered by them are fine.

Is it just me? Does anyone else have experience of Shop Disney parcels coming through the Gatwick area?

To give you some idea of the extent of damage, my Christmas order arrived with someone else's John Lewis' order inside (I got a very confused and bewildered shop staff when I returned it to JL).

The box they used was nice inside- Disney characters but the box looked like it had been opened very bashed and crushed looking.
The Lego box inside was also damaged.

I was keeping it for Christmas but had to open it to see if it was ok.

Also no cuddly toy arrived which should have been free.

Would not order from them if this is what always happens.

That must have been v annoying, hopefully they will send the cuddly toy out separately.

The deliveries have gone down hill in the last year (in my experience), but I was hoping that it was just bad luck! Sounds like it might not be.

They do look lovely. I have always gone for free delivery and bought clothes/toys rather than ceramics so hopefully you have a better experience.

That is so disappointing, and those are the sort of thing that you would expect them to take care over. It is worth complaining just in case they do have a replacement set that they can send out.
