You need a bungalow, no stairs and you just plug your vaccum in to the socket in the hallway and you can do the whole house.
I think you should suggest a house move for your own health and safety 😂 |

My husband insisted on a Henry, I know they are the best hoovers ever, the bags last for ever, the hoovers never die and they are ever so powerful, but I find it heavy for the stairs too

I had the big pink Henrietta - very heavy!
they are very good vacuum cleaners - very strong suction which is why builders have a Henry and pretty indestructible I accidentally pulled the dang thing down on top of me on the stairs just like the OP. no injuries, just early retirement for Henrietta and a trade in for a Shark Rocket - does the stairs fine no injuries

I'd heard such amazing things about the cleaning abilities of Henry that, when we bought our first house, I was adamant we were having one. Fast forward few months and I was adamant that I would never buy another one! The suction was appalling!
Got rid of Henry and bought a Miele which is still going stong many years later. When it finally needs replacing it will only be with another Miele. |

I agree with you. Had to use a Henry at work sometimes and it was the biggest pile of poo going. Miles at home for me for nearly 30 years now.

I have Henry, he’s a idiot with a stupid face and topples over and won’t glide round corners. Poppy hates him with a passion and goes for him if grabs one of her treats by mistake (it’s probably not a mistake, he knows what he’s doing!)

I inherited a Henry from my mum, that got it from her partners mother. Its donkeys years old, and held together with tape. It bashes my walls constantly! We are moving into a 3 story home in a few months, henry will not be coming with me!

They're creepy with their endless smiling faces. If they get struck by lightning they probably gain sentience.
