I love a storm!

Felt Florida like earlier, bright sunshine then then wind picked up and it went dark before it started. They’re usually pathetic here, but this ones been quite good. Hoping for more tomorrow to keep taking the temp down a bit

I agree very much like Florida... I’ve had every door and window open today, live on the coast and still no breeze... I’m expecting it to kick off again around 2am...

I think I jinxed it. We are looking after the dog tonight (family dog) and we were at my parents picking him up and I joked that flash flooding wouldn’t happen by the time I got home (4 minute walk at MAX even with my disability. Once took me 25 minutes due to VERY strong painkillers and feeling completely off my face though &#128514 and my mum said of course it could, that’s why it’s called flash flooding.

Had to call my OH to come and get us in the car as, as we stepped out the front door the heavens opened. Absolutely drenched just walking up the driveway!

Ahaha yeah I’m fine! That was a couple of years ago the pain killer incident. My mum was in hysterics when I finally got to her house that day!

It’s still raining here! Dog looks like he’s been for a swim!
