Hotel in L.A.

Anyone know of a reasonably priced hotel in LA. We will only be looking around LA itself and not doing theme parks and we won’t be hiring a car. We will then be traveling on to Longbeach for our cruise. Will only really have one full day but 2 nights in the hotel. Would appreciate any help. Thanks.

We stayed in Hollywood as we could get metro to Universal and HOHO to most tourist spots you would want to visit.
I think there are better places you could stay BUT for a location that’s easy, this one is excellent.
We stayed in The Roosevelt, it was excellent

Thank you. Checked the Roosevelt and it was $360 per night plus tax. Didn't really want to spend that much, but will keep checking prices.

We stayed at The Andaz on our trip in 2017 and it was lovely (I have also stayed at The Standard for work which is pretty much opposite ad that was also great!)
