Everyone can make mistakes ...even disney...however it's how it's dealt with that's the main thing...

Rather than city hall id be in the Disneyland Hotel demanding a room. Its not acceptable to be homeless until 3pm. Its one thing if you'd chosen to use two resorts but completely different if they do it to you.

This is just horrible for you. I get mistakes can be made but they should be doing everything they can to make up for it. Get to city hall if you end up in tears all the better as the service you have received is terrible. You should at the very least be sat in the castle club lounge not Cafe fantasia.
It is a bloody fortune to stay at the DLH, to loose even just one night is unacceptable. The fact that you are all sat there exhausted and homeless is just not on.
I am sure city hall has a private room, you can request to use it to make a complaint, just in case you are worried about feeling embarrassed.

Thank you everyone for your kind words! We have been upgraded to castle club and have a beautiful room. This was only after I started crying in reception of the hotel though and very reluctant! They have now closed my easy pass account though as my credit card is in my suitcase and they need to swipe it, they have my suitcases somewhere and are 'trying to locate them so we can settle into out hotel properley'! xx

Glad you have a nice room but I'd still be demanding more...I'd still go to city hall and ask to speak to the customer relations manager
