You can buy them in the Disney shops at Orlando airport, Disney Springs or any of the Disney parks.

As above, or some people also book 1 night at a Disney hotel for a taste of staying onsite.

Yes, you'll get them for everyone in your party. You'll also get free parking at Disney parks for both check in and check out day, although if you've got a car, you'll have to pay for 1 nights parking at your resort if you're going from 2020 onwards. You also get to use extra magic hours and can book fastpasses at 60 days in advance for this 2 days also.

Yes if you stay on property you get magic bands included in your package. Some people have booked a 1 nigth stay at the camp ground in the past to get magic bands and 2 days parking included.
Disney were offering free bands if you booked your park tickets direct with them.
The only real advantage of a band is for the on ride memory maker as the rest can be done with your park tickets anyway. But having you ticket on your wrist makes things simple.

We got magic bands as part of our tickets direct from Disney. We've to pick them up at Disney Springs. We've also got a one night stay at All Star Music at the end of our 23 night stay and we'll get a second set of magic bands then, though whether we'll use them I'm not sure.

We've also got a 'will call' for the actual tickets which we can get at the TTC windows.
