I've already filled in my vacation planner! Take a look if you like? I'm so excited! Only 5 months to go 😃

Oh that sounds lovely! I will take a look at your planner ... think I need to have a look at someone else's on the thread too

5 months doesn't sound long at all does it!

I can imagine it is so much more relaxed, I know we've tried to cram in as much as possible. Ideally I just wanted to do Disney this time then do Universal and Seaworld etc next time, however, Mr Grump is adamant we're only going the once Little does he know I'm already planning October/November 2020!

Yes I booked it about this time last year actually! I'm too organised haha ... I like to know everything is in place. We booked through travel republic for £260 for the 5 of us which I didn't think was too bad at all. We paid a £1 deposit with the balance due on the 18th October. Checkout booking.com, travel republic, trivago and ... I can't remember the last one, but they usually have great deals x

Id love to do the balloon but not sure the kids would. I know hubby would love it too X
Not sure if you can get the reservation alerts without subscription or not ? Have to admit I only joined to get the room request but now I've discovered lots of other things on there. I think their planner is amazing. Still love The Dibb for the social side of thing though!
Fingers crossed a reservation will crop up for you!

Just checked everyone's planners out and I'm loving how I'm not the only one that's organised ... Mr Grump literally looks at me like I'm crazy when I tell him the plans 6 months in advance

Kat11 we're in Magic Kingdom on 28th also if you would like a little meet up?

Lullington how similar are our plans?! We're at Typhoon Lagoon and MK the same as you on 6th November if you would like a meet up? We're also there on 8th November like you

Redspottyowl we're in MK the same as you Thursday 8th if you fancy a meet up? Could maybe incorporate it with Lullington if everyone's up for it X

Five days before you arrive they send a fax request over to the hotel that you're staying at with your specific room request. If you look at your hotel on touring plans you can get a view from most of the rooms and then put in a request of your favourite room or block. A lot of people on here have been quite successful using it but obviously it's not guaranteed. For $15 I thought it worth a try as I've read that there are some areas of OKW best avoided! Yes, would be lovely to say "Hi" to other dibbers around the parks. Our girls will be 13 & 9 when we go

I think I'm going to have to sign up to this Touring Plans. I think there's a Port Orleans Riverside site so may be able to get some hints and tips from there for best rooms.

Caitlin turns 12 whilst we're there, Thomas is 9 and Noah is 5 I'm sure they'd love to meet other children too x
