I lost 2 stone before xmas on the Joe Wicks plan. I have had a week in NY and then xmas and put about 5lb on.

Starting again on Monday, back with the Joe Wicks plan. Really easy to follow, quick exercise plan and works.

I remember seeing something like this a couple of years back on TV, some studies were done and it concluded weight loss was down to diet in the vast majority.

My hubby swears by exercise however and can lose quite quickly when he goes to the gym, but I feel it is mainly cutting calories at the same time.
But, 'moving more' cannot harm and if it makes you feel good then that is a big plus surely!

I am starting to keep a food diary.
(Hopefully it will shame me into not overindulging! )
Just cutting out cake and biscuits and sweet treats will make a big difference hopefully.
Baby steps...

We can do this!

You’re putting me to shame already - I half started yesterday (weighed in at least! ) and am hoping to properly start tomorrow - only because today and yesterday have only been half hearted attempts! 😂

On the plus side I have intentionally walked more the last two days, it’s just curbing the eating I’ve got to conquer tomorrow! 😂

Ah well that's week one done and weigh in completed, 1.5lbs lost - was hoping for a little more but it is what it is. I shall keep chipping away, maybe try and add a bit more calorie burning activity this week and see if that helps. Hope everyone else is doing well!
