Cape Coral Villa
We are looking at spending 4 nights down in Cape Coral this October and I have been searching for a suitable villa. I have never used sites like Airbnb before and am a little nervous about it, I know some Dibbers have booked villas in this area so could anybody please recommend me somewhere they have stayed or booked in Cape Coral.

This one I stayed in, British owner from Sheffield. Gets booked up though as it’s won best villa in Cape Coral a few years running. I stay in a lot of villas, I’d probably say this is in the top few, if not the top.

We've recently looked at loads of villas in Cape Coral for our 4 night stay in Dec - AirBnb and Homeaway.
We found that LOTS of them wanted a non-refundable deposit - even though some of them were outstanding we didnt want to fork out £500 odd. We dont mind losing a little but the "absolutely no refund" is a bit off when they want a fair chunk upfront IMO. We did in fact book a non-refundable villa  but the deposit was only £200  homeaway/vacation-re...85165678555975 This was our second choice but our first choice was twice as much

The villa Yorkshire T recommends looks fantastic. Unfortunately they couldn't accommodate us on the dates we wanted which was a real shame as the place is beautiful
