for where you want it and how small it is, I would say five weeks is enough time to have it and let it heal in time to swim but it depends on how well your body heals naturally anyways, but I swear by coconut oil to help it along

Yeah should be fine I think as not large and on the upper body.
My tattoo place sells Hustle Butter which is really nice to use while its healing.

My daughter is 17 and is desperate for a tattoo, round here it is passports and driving licence only for I.d.
I have booked her in for the day after her 18th with my tattoo artist.
She is also booked in with an artist she has researched for a large thigh piece in June. She has had to email him a copy of her driving licence and he wants her to take her passport on the day.
If they are licensed, which they need to be to work in a tattoo parlor, it is not worth the risk for them
