for where you want it and how small it is, I would say five weeks is enough time to have it and let it heal in time to swim but it depends on how well your body heals naturally anyways, but I swear by coconut oil to help it along

Yeah should be fine I think as not large and on the upper body.
My tattoo place sells Hustle Butter which is really nice to use while its healing.

If they are licensed, which they need to be to work in a tattoo parlor, it is not worth the risk for them

Thats how i assumed it was these days but dosnt sound like all places are as reputable.

not being into tatts I've no idea how it all works tbh
