Our return is 20th Feb. It was the same for us yesterday. Flights are available today but our return flight is still not showing on Virgin so can’t book seats yet.

I’m guessing will be when outbound was shown + days stayed. My outbound was yesterday for 13/02/20 departure and my return is 22/02/20 so I expect Friday 5 April... however someone wrote earlier it all appeared random!

Our outband is showing today so seats booked for free. Can’t see luggage anywhere but it does say classic.

I still can't access my booking, virgin can't understand why and air france have been useless. Virgin can only find my booking via the eticket number but it doesn't work to log in to the website and both of the legs of my flight have been released. I have filled in all the passenger information etc. Randomly I can access my booking via KLM as well but can't book seats on there.

Personally i am just waiting and keeping quiet now. I think it is going to sort itself out in the end. And what i dont really want is a person looking at my booking on air france. Then looking at my booking on Virgin. And then spotting what must have been an error with the classic seats.
Everytime someone from virgin looks across the bookings it is an opportunity for them to identify and correct that error! |

We are in exactly the same position. The problem is that Air France have not transferred our booking. Air France have been thoroughly unhelpful on phone and by e mail and Virgin can't do anything until the booking is transferred. I'm just going to have to wait until Air France decide to transfer the booking over apparently and they won't say when that is likely to be.
