Flight changes are common. I booked mine for last year direct with Virgin and I only found out on there that they'd changed - people who were on the same as mine said theirs had been changed! I then checked and sure enough mine had changed. Not just the times but the actual flights themselves. Virgin didn't tell me of the changes. I've booked direct with Virgin again for this year and am checking them every now and again.

I was told at around 8 months out, coming up to 6 months and hadn't received so contacted them and got them. Some people got them straight away so it might be worth e mailing to ask.

We are going in May booked through Charter Travel and they have been spot on replied to all emails within 24 hours when i paid our balance off had an email confirming funds received and a full paid invoice within 2 hours.

Checked my booking on virgin and I'm on different flights. Same dates but different times. I was on VS73 and VS74. I'm now booked onto VS75 and VS76. Both leaving 4 hrs earlier. This has messed my plans up as will now have to stay overnight the night before and can no longer catch the train as we'd planned. not huge issues but a bit disappointed. I've also already booked my magical express with the original flight numbers.

Glad you managed to get it sorted.

We had a couple of flight changes and Charter were pretty good at letting us know. We also had one change, flying indirect, where it was a "valid" connection time but felt worryingly tight. We told Charter and they were really helpful and found us flights via a different connecting airport with better times.
