50th Birthday Destination Poll. Ideas Welcome
So I've been looking at planning a 50th birthday trip for the wife, daughter and me for after our trip to Florida so we have something to look forward to.
Never thought it would be so difficult. I fancy somewhere new but relaxed and plenty of food options with a little sightseeing. Not really a beach person. Please join the poll and give me your thoughts. Many thanks Gary |

I have voted for the Isles of Scilly. You have stated you have always wanted to go there. You haven’t said that about the other choices

Alaska. Wow. Good one. Not sure Isles of Scilly is going to do it for me. Will certainly be relaxing though. Thanks

I voted Canada but would do the Alaska/Canada combo of train into Rockies and explore that part of Canada, followed by an inside passage cruise up the coast of Alaska. It’s on my to do list
We have birthdays 8 weeks apart, so for our joint 50th, we went to California and visited San Francisco, Yosemite, then explored the coast from Santa Cruz, down through Monterey and beyond a little. It was super

Some great choice in your poll.. exciting stuff! I voted Canada because it’s on my 50th bday wish list... combing it with Niagara. Still quite a few years for me tho!

My husband and I were both 50, me in Feb and him last Oct, this last year. His 50th was spent in LA/Las Vegas and mine was spent in New York. Had a blast in both locations 😍

I think Canada and Alaska combined sounds epic enough for a 50th blow out, perhaps silly isles could be a short inexpensive extra 😁
