Publix style food store recommendations please

Hi, when doing Zion / Bryce / Grand Canyon / Vegas circuit can you recommend publix / Walmart style food stores where we can stock up (and any locations). Seem to recall one called Bashas but not sure.
Thanks

Vegas has plenty of Walmart I use the ones in eastern and Tropicana the most .

I also went in Bashas and Walmart in flagstaff last week .

Places like Williams where we stayed overnight just had smaller shops like family dollar
