What documents to print off to take with us?

I tend to print all my paperwork: hotel confirmation, flight details, ESTA approval, insurance details, transfer documents etc.

Probably won't need most of them but it gives peace of mind to have them on you during a particularly stressful day!

We print everything in duplicate, so we each have a copy.

Meet and Greet Parking
Airport Hotel
Estas
Outbound Flight
Car Hire
Villa details for check in
Anything booked for the trip
Inbound flight
Insurance details

Do we *need* it? Probably not, but it also doubles up as a check point for us, we spend an evening going through everything, making sure we've got it all sorted.

Funnily enough, when I was planning a trip with a friend from Seattle - we were meeting in Vegas - we had all our stuff stored in a shared cloud folder, but we still both printed copies of all paperwork - including each other's flights!

And that trip reminds me - that was the last time I tried using an online boarding card - the guy at the counter just looked at it, said they never work, and handed me a paper one anyway!
