I think they do a lot of editing, try and throw people off the scent as tbh you could easily drop at least half of them straight away.

Same here, it's more my gradual loss of interest since it was extended to 75 mins to allow for C4 adverts. Totally missed one episode, couldn't be chowed to 'catch-up. At the moment the last 15 mins is clashing with another program I watch, so I turn off GBBO and watch the last 15 mins an hour later which doesn't help my waning interest, immediately they've announced star/off home baker I turn it off.

I don’t really like any of the contestants and I can’t stand Paul, I have noticed he’s giving out less handshakes after last years critism though.
I have tried since it moved to Channel 4 but every year it gets worse imo.

I have 2 teenaged daughters who are both firmly team Henry... with many faux swoons... "no, no way, shuuut up" has become legend already - so I guess that is who we are rooting for!
