The French toast at breakfast is one of the best I've had!
Sounds like OP is staying there the night before their flight home, not the night of their arrival.

We flew in a day earlier than planned this year. I was going to stay at the Hyatt, but instead rented DVC points from Dave’s DVC rentals for one night at OKW.

It was cheaper than the Hyatt, and meant we could get up and go out early to the Parks on what should have been our arrival day. Disney transferred all our luggage to the resort we were staying at for the remainder of our holiday. I would absolutely do that again.

Ah ok, if you want to eat at BB, then you’ll likely need to do that whilst still airside, ie, before you get on the monorail to the main terminal & whilst you still have your luggage with you.

There is a chillis too in the Main terminal, the Macaroni Grill is a really nice Italian as well.
We stayed 2 nights at the Hyatt (took unwell a few years ago and got rebooked 2 days later) and enjoyed meals in both of these restaurants.

For international arrivals passengers are not able to access anything airside. You come upstairs from bag reclaim and can only access the monorail to the main terminal and landside.

Yippee there's a Bahama Breeze there. I'm happy now.
It's quite good, and for an airport the prices are reasonable. I ate there on my last trip to MCO.
