Asda's Christmas Advert
I was pleasantly surprised that the advert was filmed in Tyldesley, where I lived until marrying 26 years ago and my mam still lives there. Apparently they heard about Tyldesley residents taking to social media last year to say how bad the Christmas tree was, it was dire, looked half dead and bedraggled. I have only moved to the next town to live, so not very far.

Sorry I hate it. Well rather than hate it find it creepy and it makes my skin crawl - have to change over when it is on or fast forward if recorded Not sure why it has this effect but it has backfired on me ...

Just went off to watch it on YouTube as we don’t watch much tv. I don’t dislike it, but it certainly didn’t get me in the feels at all.
