Tickets direct from Disney
Hi
Does anyone know how long it takes for tickets to come back if bought via the Disney website? |

I just looked on the US Disney site and I can't find anything for how long the email tickets would take, but I would think it would be pretty quick. If they were booked today and someone wanted International Express delivery via UPS they would be delivered after the 31st March, although this would cost $25 according to the site so it wouldn't make sense for anyone in the UK to do this, it would be cheaper to buy from somewhere like orlandoattractions.com or undercovertourist.

I bought tickets direct from the Disney US site today and got the email straight away. It says to present it at the entrance to exchange for tickets but I assume I'll be able to take it to guest relations in Disney Springs a few days before to save time at the entrance on the day.

Thanks both.
I missed the small print about e-tickets. |

Yes, you only get a confirmation email from Disney UK. They don't send out real tickets.
You can link the confirmation email to your MDE account and therefore prebook your fastpasses. And if you have linked MagicBands from a previous trip then you can use those to enter the parks (etc). Otherwise you'll need to pick up your plastic tickets from one of the Will Call ticket desks or Guest Services.
