Completely agree. I find that if it doesn’t track within 10 minutes you won’t be getting it and any claim is declined.

I'm not sure thats quite correct, i've claimed before and never had any issues with it tracking?

About 25% of transactions don’t track correctly for various reasons. It’s always a risk. I find Hilton and Village hotels to be the worst offenders

But just because it doesn't track as normal, that doesn't mean you won't get it at all, especially ebookers. Only 3% of ebookers transactions haven't tracked but of those, 86% of manual claims have been successful.
