We probably haven't had a true experience of POR because it's so busy (I would wager it's running at capacity due to the CBR refurb) but on the whole, we prefer CBR. Sorry POR fans!

Generally advice at POR is to walk to the main entrance bus depot as if they fill that bus at the start they won't go round the other stops.
